 Robert
Robert L. Allen uses his considerable energy and expertise in the areas
of civil litigation to represent a broad spectrum of clients, including
families, professionals, corporate representatives, and walk-in clientele facing a
legal problem for the first time. He understands that the average
person will need an attorney just a few times in his or her lifetime.
Therefore, his emphasis is on ensuring that what is viewed by most to be
a complex quagmire of legal speak is easily understood by his clients,
most of whom are facing issues around automobile accidents, wrongful
death, and personal injury.

To
Robert, each client is treated with utmost respect – legal options are
presented with patience, and a partnership is formed with the client in
which choices are made in a comfortable, safe environment. Bob then
aggressively serves his clients interests in achieving positive
resolution whether this is done before a magistrate, in small claims
court or at the highest levels of appeal.
Bob
was born to blue-collar parents in 1968. He takes considerable pride in
the fact that he is the first in his family to complete college. Bob
decided to go into law because he believes firmly in the idea of
providing remedies for persons who are wronged.
Bob
settled in the Pittsburgh area with his beautiful wife, Elaine. Bob’s
practice area includes all of Pennsylvania and Maryland. He maintains offices in Pittsburgh,
PA and McHenry, MD.
Bob
has represented clients ranging from wrongful death and coma to broken
necks achieving several large settlements including a 2.3 Million dollar
judgment.
No
matter how large or small your case and regardless of where you live,
Bob is available to discuss your case and put his knowledge and
experience to work for you.
